I was trying to figure out the best way to describe our client's experience last night at Generations Hall. The two words that come to mind are: Perfection and Wow! And then I remembered the amazing fried green tomatoes with the Fried Crab on top and how quickly I ate two portions and then the thoughts that infused my mind were that this was the best thing that I had ever eaten in my entire life) - Please noticed that I capitalized Fried Crab because in my world it is a proper name.
