Originally from Georgia, Ashley was instilled with a passion for Southern traditions and food. Starting off with old family recipes, she went on to Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Atlanta, GA. After graduating, she dove into Italian and French cuisine, working with talented cooks like Joel Antunes, a James Beard winning chef. She then helped organize the opening of restaurants for a budding new restaurant chain, Tupelo Honey Cafe. Her course was set when catering at the LEAF festival, serving artists, staff and attendees. Feeding world renowned musicians that inspired her growing up and the hard working staff that amazed her, sparked a true love of catering. When she finally made the move to the Big Easy, she landed here at Marie's Fleur De Lis Catering and we are so grateful to have this gifted young chef on our team.
